Project Management · Planning and programming of the works and each stage fully identified. · Produce detailed programs, design packages and technical schedules and specifications. · Monitor and feed back project performance.
Design · Feasibility - Production of design brief and schematics. · Scheme - Preliminary layouts to enable costing. · Detailed - Production of high quality drawings and specifications for tendering by suitable contractors.
Co-ordination · Co-ordination to be carried out at each stage.
Site Supervision · Site supervision and management of the project and the construction and installation of services.
Cost Monitoring · Preparation of budget estimates at each stage of the design. · Adjudicating of contractor's payment invoices and issuing of Certified Payment Certificates. · Final account and contract completion certification.
